認知障礙症長者演出話劇GOOD SHOW

【GOOD SHOW】認知障礙症長者演出話劇重拾失落的自信 | 認知障礙展能療法 X 戲劇治療 (Chinese only)

根據衛生署資料，香港每十位 60 歲以上長者便有一人患有認知障礙症。社會常誤解他們「無嗮記性」、「無用」，加上照顧者往往因為放心不下而包辦大小事，反而讓長者更焦慮、失去自理能力以及尊嚴。其實只要放手，就會發現這班長者仍然充滿無限可能﹗ 福利協會轄下13間長者中心，早前與戲劇治療師攜手，結合著重「無挫敗經驗」的認知障礙展能療法TM及戲劇治療，呈獻以「重拾失落的寶物」為題的《GOOD SHOW》。不同於傳統分對錯的訓練，這裡鼓勵嘗試、發揮所長。擁有不同才能的長者，透過話劇、布偶戲、皮影戲、沙畫等盡訴心聲，有長者表達怕被嫌棄、內疚健忘，亦有長者回顧年輕時的強項。去年確診的Mark 哥由擔心忘詞，到透過即興演出重拾自信，甚至改變對患病的睇法：「認知障礙症並不可怕！」社工Aya感動道：「我感覺到他們正在發光。」照顧者 Ray 亦見證，原本鬱鬱不歡的外母在家人支持演出下，重現久違的笑容。呢場演出證明，只要大眾給予耐性與認同，盡早介入並延緩退化，患者絕對「做得到」﹗ Good Show 2026 正在籌備中，讓公眾以全新視角感受記憶流失之外的情感延續，見證認知障礙症患者的能力與價值。誠邀各界以不同形式支持，歡迎聯絡負責社工Tina了解更多 (電話：2323 0623；電郵：tssun@skhwc.org.hk)
