Sun Hung Kai Properties donated a plot of land about 10,000 sqare feet in Yuen Long to the Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui to construct an inter-generational integrated service complex. The Welfare Council was designated for the operation to promote love and inclusion.

Servanthood Leadership Development Scheme was kicked off in the Annual Meeting of the Welfare Council, to enhance staff’s leadership and management skills and cultivate more talent. The scheme also offers training services to social service sector.

Founded the Loving Arts Youth Academy to help young people realise their personal goals and aspirations.

The Welfare Council was allotted funding by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust to establish the new project, “WE LOVE—Jockey Club Centre for Family Enhancement” to provide children with special educational needs and their families with one-stop support services.
